Swim Meets are listed on the Swim Meet Schedule Page. We will send out information about the swim meets before the meet (Usually Thursday night or Friday morning). Information will include directions and parking information along with any other shared information for parents and swimmers.

Volunteering at Meets:

A very important part of the Sea Lions’ success has been parent participation. We need everyone’s help in order to enjoy another successful season. There are several jobs that must be filled at each meet for it to run successfully.

Each family must earn at least SIX (6) credits before the end of the season or pay the opt-out fee.

All parents and swimmers should stay to help with clean up at the end of each meet. We must have the pool area cleaned and vacated quickly so that the pool can open to the public (by 12:30).

All Volunteer shifts must be verified with our Volunteer Coordinator (Karena Kersten) to receive credit for Volunteer Fee.

In order to receive credits all volunteers must check in with Karena at the beginning of the swim meet and complete their shift.

We encourage you to download SwimTopia’s mobile app. With this app, we’ll be able to communicate with you through push notifications—which is helpful when we need to get information out quickly, such as rain delays or weather alerts.

To receive push alerts on your phone:

1. Download the SwimTopia Mobile App on the App Store or Google Play
2. Log in with your SwimTopia login (you must have an activated login on the team site to log into your account on the app)
3. Be sure to check your app’s notification settings -- ensure that it’s set to pop up on your screen (Android users: you may need to receive your first notification before you can edit this setting)
