Hey Sea Lions!

Tomorrow we will travel to Kingwood and swim against the Frogs.  We’ve always enjoyed a friendly competition with them and we are so glad that  even though greatly affected by Hurricane Harvey, they are able to compete this year.  

A few things for tomorrow:

7:00 - Swimmer and Volunteer check in 

Please let us know if your swimmer is running late so that we do not scratch them   

7:30 - Warmups - All Sea Lions should warm up 

Other: 

Bring your chairs (FC will NOT have any seating or shade as it was all destroyed in the flood.)

Bring sunscreen and re-apply often. 

Drink a lot of water (especially or swimmers). 

Bring snacks.
