Livingston Sea Lions at Newport Torpedoes

Meet Address: 16401 Country Club Drive Crosby, TX 77532

Please see the parking map attached.

Do not block driveways, park on grass, in the medians or use the Country Club Parking Lot.

Set up is outside the pool area. Please see the attached map.

Check-in is at 7:00 am.

If you are running late but still plan on making it, please TEXT 936-513-5974 with SWIMMERS FIRST AND LAST NAME so that we can let the coaches know.

Swimmers 10 & under need to have their name written on their right shoulder before checking in. Volunteers will write their event number on their arms.

Parent Volunteers should check in with Karena at this time.

The home team will warm up first then our team at 7:45. All swimmers should participate in warmups.

Officials meeting is at 7:50 and Timers/Scribes meeting 8:00 but times may differ.

Meet officially starts at 8:30.

Swimmers will need to listen for their event numbers to be called so they know when to go to the ready bench.

Only swimmers and specific volunteers will be allowed in the swimmers’ line up area. No set up around the pool or line up area.

There will be certain areas flagged off. These are officials only areas. Please do not walk under the flags to walk through the area.

No photography or digital recording is allowed in the restricted area behind the starting blocks. Violation may result in expulsion from the meet at the discretion of the meet referee. This is for the privacy and protection of our swimmers while they are in a vulnerable position.

No Pets Allowed.

Please clean up after your family before leaving. We want to leave our hosting pools better than when we got there!

What to bring to the meet:

Swimsuit

Goggles (it's always a good idea to have a backup pair)

Swim cap (optional)

Towels

Sunscreen and Bug Spray - reapply often! While they spray for mosquitos, it washes away after rain.

Waters - stay hydrated

Lawn chairs and Canopies - Designated area ONLY - NO setup around the pool.

Snacks

Swimmers Ear (use this after every practice and meet)

Cash for Concessions (please see attached Concessions Menu!)
