Livingston Sea Lions at Woodland Hills Wahoos

Meet Location:

For navigation, search for "Big Meadows Dr, Kingwood, TX" to get to the pin indicated; there isn't an address to navigate to on this side of the pool. If you navigate to the club house you will get the Shadow Rock address and be in the wrong lot.

Parking:

Please park in the parking lot (the yellow rectangle) located on Willow Point Dr, or on the streets nearby. If you need to park on the streets, only park on one side, on the opposite side from the homes, if possible. See the streets marked with yellow below.

Do not block driveways.

Setup:

We set up visitors on the back side of the pool (outlined in red), which is accessible from Willow Point and Big Meadows drive off Woodland Hills drive.

Schedule:

7:00 - Check-in for Swimmers and Volunteers

-If you are running late but still plan on making it, please TEXT 936-513-5974 with SWIMMERS FIRST AND LAST NAME so that we can let the coaches know.

-Swimmers 10 & under need to have their name written on their right shoulder before checking in. Volunteers will write their event number on their arms.

-Parent Volunteers should check in with Karena at this time.

7:45 - Warm Ups for Livingston. All swimmers should participate in warmups!

8:00 - Officials Meeting

8:15 - Timers/Scribes Meeting

8:25 - National Anthem

8:30 - Meet Officially Starts

-Swimmers will need to listen for their event numbers to be called so they know when to go to the ready bench.

-Only swimmers and specific volunteers will be allowed in the swimmers’ line up area, the starting block area and the turn end of the pool. No set up around the pool or line up area.

-There will be certain areas flagged off. These are officials only areas. Please do not walk under the flags to walk through the area.

No photography or digital recording is allowed in the restricted area behind the starting blocks. Violation may result in expulsion from the meet at the discretion of the meet referee. This is for the privacy and protection of our swimmers while they are in a vulnerable position.

No Pets Allowed. Please clean up after your family before leaving.

We want to leave our hosting pools better than when we got there!

What to bring to the meet:

-Swimsuit -Goggles (it's always a good idea to have a backup pair) -Swim cap (optional) -Towels -Sunscreen and Bug Spray -Waters (stay hydrated!) -Snacks -Swimmers Ear -Cash for Concessions

-Lawn chairs and Canopies - Designated area ONLY - NO setup around the pool.
