This Saturday June 14, 2025 at Kingwood Park High School and the doors will open at 6am! 

Swimmer Check in at 7 am and warm Ups at 7:30! 

ATTENDANCE: 

All swimmers that swam at 2 dual meets this season can swim at divisionals! If your swimmer will absolutely NOT be at our Divisional Meet, please let us know ASAP! 

VOLUNTEERS: 

Please note that volunteer sign ups are NOW OPEN! This meet will not be able to proceed without volunteers so please sign up where you can! We need to send our list in by Wednesday evening! 

SHOUT OUTS: 

The Woodland Hills Wahoos Swim Team are doing shout outs again this year! They are an amazing way to encourage our swimmers and a great souvenir to take home! Deadline to purchase is 6/11/25. Please see the attached flyer with more info! 

PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES: 

One of the Newport Torpedoes parents will be available for action shots of swimmers during our divisional meet! If you’re wanting to get some fantastic action shots, contact them for info! 

CONCESSIONS: 

Will be done by the Royal Brook Rays and are accepting cash or card! See the attached menu for all the goodies that will be available!
