VOLUNTEERS:

Please check in for your volunteer shift once you're settled in. We will be recruiting for any empty volunteer spots in the morning! If you have any questions, let Karena or Danielle know.

• First Shift: Events 1 - 30,
• Second Shift: Events 31 – 60,
• Third Shift: Events 61 – 86

Please report to your Volunteer positions promptly.

When serving as a Volunteer, it is the responsibility of the in-shift person to not leave until their replacement arrives. It is the responsibility of the leaving-shift person to ensure that the new-shift person understands their duties.

SETUP:

We have a generous inside space for setup, but we ask everyone to be considerate of space for everyone. Please keep walkways clear for safety. No tents allowed inside the building. There is no set up in the natatorium or in the stands. Please watch your swimmer and move out to allow other families to watch their swimmers.

CONCESSIONS:

Accepting cash or card! See the attached menu for all the goodies that will be available!

DIVISIONALS GEAR:

Fine Designs will be there to make amazing custom apparel for us! They take cash and card!

AWARDS:

• INDIVIDUAL EVENT AWARDS will be 1st through 12th place. 1st through 6th place will be awarded medals. 7th through 12th will be awarded ribbons.
• RELAY AWARDS will be 1st through 3rd place will be awarded medals and 4th through 6th place will be awarded ribbons. Each individual relay member will be awarded a medal or ribbon.
• TEAM PLACEMENT AWARDS: Team trophies will be awarded for order of placement at the Divisional Meet for 6 teams.
