Our first official meet of the season is almost here!!!  

Here are a few reminders:

Volunteers: Please make sure that you get with Savannah tonight or tomorrow to sign up for your spot.

Parents,  if you know your swimmer(s) won't be at the meet, please let Coach Mike know asap so that he can adjust relays.

It is really important for you to be on time, but if you are running late Saturday morning, let someone know so that we don't scratch your swimmer(s). 

Check in at at 7:00.   It is extremely important that all 10&u swimmers have their first initial and last name written on their right shoulder.  (This helps the scribes make sure the right times go to the right kids). Check in volunteers will write event numbers on all swimmers' arms. 

The pool address is posted below with specific parking instructions. Be sure to read them  

Warm-ups: All swimmers need to warm-up (we will warm up after the home team).

Don't forget: goggles, towels, caps, sunscreen, canopies, water, snacks, etc.  -Especially water and sunscreen. Everyone needs to stay hydrated and reapply that sunscreen. 

During the meet:  It is very important that swimmers listen for their event number to be called AND go to the ready bench as soon as it's called (our teenagers like to wait, but we need them to go as soon as it's called so that they are not scratched).  

If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

We are looking forward to the meet this Saturday.

* Setup for visiting team is outside of the gate. Please remind parents that the gate can not be propped open. 

* Concession has moved this year....It will be located inside the gates in the front of the pool area.There will be access from inside and outside of the pool area.

* Please ask your team to be mindful of the trash. We will provide trash cans in the area and will collect all the trash at the end of the meet.

* Parking: There is a parking lot in front of the pool off Shadow Rock Dr. Please no parking on the grass. If your team needs to park on the street, please let them know to park on the same side of the street that the pool is on. This give the residents and emergency vehicles room to get down the street.  

* I have attached a parking guide. This shows a map of areas that you can park and cannot park.
