A message from our coaches...

Congratulations to all the swimmers from our Divisional Meet! It was an extremely great day for our Sea Lion swimmers. The personal best times turned in were many, and the time drops by the Sea Lion swimmers were greater than any other team. We just seem to improve as each week goes by, which is an indicator of just how hard our swimmers train and try to improve every day. Many swimmers were less than a 1/2 sec. from an Invitational invite, but still had their best times of the season at the Divisional Championship. Swimming your best at the biggest meet is very special and hard to do! The Sea Lions placed 5th overall in the meet, which is awesome, considering many of the swimmers from the other teams are "year round" swimmers. We will be taking 51 swimmers from the Sea Lions to the Red White and Blue Invitational and proud to say Elias Mitchell qualified in the 50 Freestyle to the Ponderosa Invitational (the granddaddy Invitational).

For those of you that qualified, please be at the pool tomorrow evening promptly at 8:15 for pictures, parent meeting, and Invitational fees. 

Practice for Invitational Swimmers:

Mornings: Monday through Thursday 7:30-8:45

Evenings: Monday/Wednesday 8:15-9:15 and Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-7:30/7:30-8:30

No practice Friday.
