We will need to start the meet early again this week and do everything we can to make sure it runs smoothly.  The pool opens to the public at 1:00 and we are required to have all of our stuff put up and out of there by 12:30 (at the latest).

So here are a few things we will do to try to help this process:

Livingston Swimmers need to be at the pool for sign in at 7.  Swimmers 10 & Under need to have their first and last name written on their right shoulder (with Sharpie) to expedite sign in and to help timers/scribes.

Meetings for Officials and Timers will be held at 7:50 and 8:00.

We will have shortened warm-ups for each team.

The first event is planned to be in the water at 8:15.

All swimmers need to report to the ready bench when called.  We have a problem with our older swimmers not reporting when they are first called. (This slows the meet down).

We will need all parents to help with break down/clean up.  We usually start this process when the last relays begin.  As the meet ends we will need to put stuff up and clear the pool area (Go outside the fence).   We can't not hang around
