We will need to start the meet a little earlier this week and do everything we can to make sure it runs smoothly.  The pool opens to the public at 1:00 and we are required to have all of our stuff put up and out of there by 12:30 (at the latest).

So here are a few things we will do to try to help this process:

Livingston Swimmers need to be at the pool for sign in at 7.  Swimmers 10 & Under need to have their first and last name written on their right shoulder (with Sharpie) to expedite sign in and to help timers/scribes.

Meetings for Officials and Timers will be held at 7:50 and 8:00.

We will have shortened warm-ups for each team.

The first event is planned to be in the water at 8:15.

All swimmers need to report to the ready bench when called.  We have a problem with our older swimmers not reporting when they are first called. (This slows the meet down).

We will need all parents to help with break down/clean up.  We usually start this process when the last relays begin.
