DIVISIONAL INFORMATION

This is the big meet, all five teams in our division coming together for one great day of swimming!

Saturday, June 21st at Inverness Pool

Time: 7:15 am Saturday, earlier the better for parking!

Parking is limited to street parking in the subdivision.

Livingston has a designated area to sit as a team, it's fun for all to be together and cheer each other on!

All swimmers, who have swam in at least 2 meets qualify to be in this meet. Coach Mike has set up relays, if you are on a relay and need to leave early, PLEASE, tell Coach Mike, so another swimmer can be substituted. This meet will last until 3 or so, so bring plenty of sunscreen and your canopies. The team will provide a cooler with Gatorade and water, concessions will be also be available.

Teams will be selling various swim items, Livingston, is selling swim bags.

At the end of the meet, stay to watch and cheer on Coach Mike, Coach Kim and Coach Alyssa swim in amedley relay! Coach Mike Medals will be given out for in each individual event for 1st through 6th place, then ribbons through 10th place. They will be given out at the team party on Sunday.

 

Team Party

We finish the celebration with a team party on Sunday at our pool, from 1-4. Please bring snack food to share, and your own drinks. Trophies and other awards will be given out, plus the annual soda dive! Parents and siblings of swimmers can also swim.

 

INVITATIONALS

Swimmers must qualify to swim at invitationals, to find this, it will be listed on the meet results with either a RED, BLUE, or POND beside your swimmer’s time. This will be on June 27, 28 and 29th at Klein Forest High School in Spring, TX. Individual events cost $5 each and relays cost $10 ($2.50 each swimmer). We will need entry fees at the team party on Sunday. Please, if you have any questions, about your swimmer qualifying, ask one of the coaches. You can access the meet information on the Fleet Swimming website, under Red, White and Blue Invitational. Some families will be staying in area hotels, if you need any information, talk with a coach or a board member.
